May Update

So far so good!  Now that it’s been a few weeks after the diagnosis as expected I slipped a little.  Fortunatly not quite as bad as I thought.  What’s been really helping me was a piece of advice from one of my facebook friends, she said “If you bite it, write it!” By writing down everything I eat (along with the nutritional information about it) I’m continually aware of what’s going through my system.  Yes, a few things are being consumed that shouldn’t be but now I’m going to think twice before I pick up many things on my next trip to the grocery store.
